Group outdoor & indoor fitness sessions working on cardio, balance, core and so much more.
1 on 1 practice sessions working on position specific drills. Group sessions for coaching will also be available.

I will come out and run your team through an arrangement of exercises to help develop their game.
I will come out to your teams practice with a practice plan and help out the athletes. Helping players run through a fundamental focussed practice or a high intensity session.
